“Ships in 1 day? I ordered a week ago and havenâ€™t even received an email mail to confirm my order. This tells me the company doesnâ€™t care about its customers. Please cancel my order. Not gonna take a chance that the product matches the customer service, and then Iâ€™ll be S out of luck.”

“Minus half a star for tripod pole clamps, which didnâ€™t give a positive feeling that they were secure. Would also be nicer if the tripod collapsed into a smaller size. Used it on a recent camping trip to add some ambient lighting in a dispersed campsite of several vehicles. Used it on a dimmer setting which lasted several hours. Being able to put the light high allowed it to light up a large space without being obnoxiously bright. My friends were so impressed with the performance of the light, they ordered some for themselves.”
