Thanks for your feedback. We have now replaced the tripod at no-charge. Also just to clarify, the LightRanger lasts 4 hours on high, 16 hours or more on a lower output mode or dimmed setting.

“We love our LightRanger lights! They are very easy to use, have a great battery life and are brighter & light up a larger area than expected. We bought a set to keep in our RV and plan to get more to use at home for emergency use or backyard activities ðŸ‘ We especially like being able to light up 360 degrees or turn off sections to only light a small/specific area & extend battery life even more. The portable projector screen & portable fir pit are next on our list. Keep the great products coming!”
