They actually improved the light. Taller, more functional. Bravo!

Small footprint, but opens up in height. Lightweight and puts out the light, 3 types: red, yellow, white. All controlled by your phone. Unit is built to last….by it’s look and feel, Haven’t dropped it yet. Takes a little while to charge tho.. If you want to light up an area…. this will do it.

We have the 1200 and really love the 2000. Because our kids are school age we tend to leave late Fridays to start our weekend camping trips. Arriving at campsites in the dark requires a lot planning and lighting. The LightRanger has been an absolute game changer. No more fumbling with lanterns and blinding each other with headlamps. I like the integrated color leds to reduce the need for packing the lense cover. We have the covers for our 1200 and use it to reduce the light pollution when setting up. Nothing worse than a bright white spotlight shining during a relaxing night in the wilderness. A few times our campsite neighbors have asked what type of light it is. The remote feature is what prompted us to purchase the 2000.

This light far exceeded my expectations. I actually have it on the top of a 40' flag pole and it provided sufficient light to our camping area. Battery life is exceptional and the bluetooth controls are awesome.

It’s the bass camp light I’ve ever owned.

We took out our LightRanger 2000 this past weekend on our Glamping trip. The family loved the light and it covered our camping area perfectly. It is super easy to set up and charge (standard USB C port) and comes in a convenient bag that is easy to carry.

Cool unit that provides more than ample lighting. Ultra-nice features: Control from phone based app. Ability to switch between colors, without need of hand install filters. Light weight, nice storage case, and overall very compact when stowed. Mediocre stand quality, with odd tripod release mechanism. But it get's the job done. Greatest disappointment: Not 'completely' dimmable. You can only go so dim, and it's not as dim as I would prefer. Wanted full range dim to off. When I contacted Devos in advance of purchase to specifically ask about this, they told me it WAS, indeed, fully dimmable. That was deceptive. Product descripotiuon should be more clear, and product info staff more honest.
