The color filters provide great alternatives to the standard light. They are quality made thick plastic. Feel like they can take some abuse. If there was anything that could be improved is if they came in a rigid or soft rigid case.

This is exactly what was needed! Now I can enjoy the adventures and still enjoy the stars. Plus the amber cover will allow us to camp anywhere without worrying about bug infestation!

Love this light and now the filters are a great addition to a great camp tool. Again I love the light and filters and they are well made...

These filters are long overdue. The lightranger is so bright, but sometimes you just want to have a chill evening under the stars and still see where you're going. The red especially is useful, but they're all appreciated. Great innovation!

Scouting family here. We always get asked about the Light Rangers whenever we break them out. Just purchased the filter kits and are using the amber ones while camping this weekend. The Light Rangers with the amber filters are great for setting up camp if you get to the campsite after dark. And the best part….no bugs! Thanks Devos Outdoor for listening to your fans/customers. Please work on the remote control option next! Thank you!

Always loved the LightRanger but it was a tad too bright (if that’s possible?). Oddly enough, I just tried out the filter kit this week while camping and it was excellent! Lots of light and less bugs. Very impressed! Love it! Any talk of making a LightRanger with a remote control? I would be very interested if you have plans for one?

Used the red lens this weekend in a group camp as a street light. Was able to walk around and not affect night vision and still able to enjoy the stars.
