This is a review about more of the customer service I received from a Devo's sales representative at Moore expo in MO last weekend. First, I purchased the motion sensor in March of 2024 and use it one time while traveling to this event. When I was trying to setup the sensitivity and time duration on feature I noticed that the time feature didn't have a stop point the little dial just turn around. With that said I set it up not knowing if this was normal or not. The system worked a designed and I was pleasantly surprised on how well it did. Fast forward to the event and the Devos booth. I watch the representatives go through the demonstration and noticed that there was a stop point on the duration feature. I told him of my situation and without hesitation he said if you have it hear bring it to me and he would look at it. I went and got it where he took a quick look and said......yup it appears that the stop is ever so slight and understands my concerns. He then pulled out a new one which he exchanged with me. Now that's customer service!!! Didn't get his name but he did an outstanding job!! I thought it was important to share this experience.... Thanks Larry

A little disappointed. It is a bit flimsy attaching to the light pole. It is not secured on. If you move the pole with it on it can easily fall off. Reached out to them but got no response.

We haven't used our motion sensor yet, but we did see it in action at the show and we are looking forward to trying it out ourselves.

I liked it, it does what it is supposed to... The only thing that I would add is an on/off switch for the light so that you do not have to bring the stand down to turn the light on/off. Maybe another USB-C port that can be used to charge the lightRanger.

The Devos motion sensor is a game-changer for me during nighttime tasks. Whether I'm setting up camp or working on repairs, I appreciate being able to activate the flashlight with a simple motion. The sensor is responsive and reliable, and it hasn't caused any issues with the flashlight's performance. It's definitely a must-have accessory for anyone who wants added convenience from their Lightranger 1200.

Worked great! Set it up in camp, adjusted the sensitivity and time, it worked awesome! Let us know whenever a something or someone was moving around in camp. Got out of the tent to go to the bathroom, I had light! Great addition to an already awesome product! 10/10 would recommend if you have a Light Ranger already!

Pretty good sensor and performs well. The height you set it at makes a ton of difference on what (or who) you want to trigger the light. The current model comes with the ability to charge the light and still have motion function. So no need to purchase a separate cord so take note. The mount could be a little better for the OCD it had a little droop to the sensor but dosent affect the functionality. You can run it where the cord holds a little of the droop but not necessary.
