We have been using the LightRanger now full time on our gun ranges and courses for over a year, used weekly. The only weak spot of the system is the base (tripod), but we have since moved to a different base because of the heavy use we put on them. We recently added the motion sensor to a set of them (one for the staging area, one for briefing). Without any hesitation, we recommend both the LightRanger and the Motion Sensor. Whether you're using the system commercially or recreationally, you can depend on the performance and reliability the system brings. We are not sponsored by the company, or endorsed, just a great product.

Great add on for the lights. We keep one out side the tent for the kids and late night potty breaks

Seems to work perfectly so far. Will tinker with the time and sensitivity knobs tonight.

Amazing, that explains everything. This sensor is the best thing to have when you’re out on an adventure. My light ranger light last even longer than before. The sensor is nice and light weight no worries on backing your gear. It’s the perfect match for the light ranger. I love it.

We love the addition of having a motion sensor on this light- We set it up last week near our tents, which were about 40'ish feet from the fire- it lit up whenever we were close (20 feet), so we didn't need to mess around with headlamps, which pretty much ruled. 10/10 would recommend to anyone... also was great for people that got up in the middle of the night!
