“When the product arrived, there was only the telescope. No lights, etc. I contacted a Devos representative, but no response. They keep sending me miscellaneous emails that ask about customer service, but no resolution to the problem. I would not recommend that you buy this product.”
“Original 2 section pole is a completely worthless piece of trash. The tripod base broke the first time I used it. The sharp stake footing worked well. The pole itself lasted about a year which is three trips of a weekend to a week long.
I ordered the replacement 3 section pole when the original completely failed and fell apart.
Three section pole comes without any base pieces, just the pole. I was expecting the new pole to come with a better designed tripod base. I can use the sharp stake base with the new pole.
The toggle cam for the lowest thick pole was janky from the start. It sticks when tightening or loosening, and I expect that it will break before too long.
The light is amazing, but all the other parts are sub par.”
