“First of all I’m a real sweater in the gym and struggle to keep hydrated. These hydration tablets dissolved easily in my bottle and didn’t leave any residue at the bottom like some other brands. The flavour was great, I used 2 tablets in a 1 litre bottle and the flavour was strong but not overpowering. Not having any added caffeine was great as I didn’t want to take anymore caffeine after preworkout. These are especially great during the summer and warmer weather when you’re at your most dehydrated.”
“God these taste great!! Just ordered some more as these were running out and realised I had not left a review. They are delicious and def give me a great mid afternoon energy boost, 3pm is deadly for me at work with stale office air and lighting :( but if I feel myself flagging I can knock up one of these drinks. Makes the whole office smell of fruit too so everyone says how nice it smells :) I LOVE that these are calorie free too. It’s important I get a boost without having to worry about getting too many extra cals.”
