“Really disappointed for the first time ever with dharma bums. It's actually my favourite active wear brand which I purchase most often. I rang to exchange an item (which I was disappointed that I had to pay return fees as well as postage back). Fortunately the return fees were waived. However I was promised that the top would be reserved for me in the size and colour of my choice only to find out that it was sold out. First time I've been annoyed by the brand. I think it would be very useful to standardise returns as free postage, which is standard practice for online shopping and if you say you're going to put aside a product, actually follow through with what you promised.”
