In general. When I got my Dharma package I had to give it a try, and was not disappointed. I honestly could have taken half and been good to go:/ It was a little overpowering, but being that I was just watching a movie it was chill. The gummies itself taste good, has a semi-strong after taste that doesn’t last long. Over all I’d recommend these for sure.
