“Only company online I will do business with. I've been ordering extra supplies for a few years now. Had my first mistake happen and they went above and beyond to make it right. One of the owners personally called me. Its not if you are going to make a mistake it's how you respond, that's the difference between a good company and a great company.”

“Omnipod is a great product unfortunately customer service has a lot to be desired I have called 3 times and emailed 2 times but have yet to get a response. The website is not as good as it should be unable to set up an account so I can track my history of purchases.”
