“It was not delivered on tome and i was leaving USA permanently hence returned the order.. Tried to talk to customer care but no reponse.. Sent an email also but no response yet.. Waiting for ny refund.”

“Love how it functions and the convenience, I'm a fan!! But Dexcom does need to improve the adhesive. It does come off easily, I've lost three and I'm a long-time customer, wore G6 for years before. Even with the over patch (I order my own clear on amazon and they are a bit better) you can still have one fall off with very little touch. I just started using a liquid bandage on the backside before inserting, hopefully that will help as they are expensive to replace after 2 days of wear!”
