“Not at all happy with the service. This device is sorely needed and has not been delivered in a timely fashion. All I see is that it is delayed and it is needed now. When you get orders for diabetic equipment I feel you should consider it a must to see that it is delivered in a timely fashion. This was ordered over a week ago and still no delivery. I think you should rethink you shipping methods If I could give this a lower mark I would. You don't seem to realize that this is something vital to a diabetic. It still has not been delivered and there is no word of it being in the near future”
