Unreasonably long waiting time for a reply either on chat or email. Spoke to customer Service about a defective product that was sent to me and had to return it ( i shouldnt have to cover postage costs for a defective product) and I was told I would be contacted in a couple of hours about proceedings - has not happened yet, many hours later.

I am still without my product despite having ordered it 8 days ago. The expected delivery date was between 2-5 days. I sent a message to the company using the contact function on the web site two days ago asking for an update and I have received no response.

Terrible service. Item hasnt been sent i called up spoke to David about this he said he will call me back in 5 minutes which he never did. Item was ordered on the 5th and said delivery on the 7th its a week after that now and still hasn't been sent. It would be good to get some sort of compensation as i feel i have been completely forgot about as a customer.

Terrible experience, having paid for my item and been told it would arrive in 2-4 days, I waited 9 and called to be told it was probably on it's way. The tracking number I was sent does not exist and calls were not returned. I spoke to Jay 11 days after order and was told they could dispatch another to me this week. I then get an email containing obvious lies about the item has now been returned to them damaged and they can no longer get the item. I don't believe a word of it. Chose another retailer.
