“Absolutely apauling service, scam artists. Taking peoples money for items they don't even have. After nearly two months of waiting we still have NOT received our buggy that my wife ordered on the 5th July. The communication is all pretty much lies, every week we are being told that our buggy will be arriving in the next few days, and it will be sent out within 24 hours. At first we believed this but after many emails stating the same thing it's clear we are just being fobbed off with a rubbish excuse. A 5% refund is all they have given for the inconvenience, which is laughable considering the amount of people that they have probably done this to (read older reviews), they are basically makeing money and not providing the products. When you can actually get through to anyone on the phone they blame the manufacturer of the buggy, or covid, It's never their fault, and then they tell you it should be arriving in the next few days. (Which it doesn't) The item we ordered is still showing as available on the website, which we have been told is a fault many times, yet it is still there for people to buy, and pay for and they will not be able to provide it. Also on another note we have been told our warranty starts from the date of purchase, so we have already lost nearly two months of ours. We have all the emails as proof of how bad this company actually runs. !!Do not order from this company, they will quite happily take your money for something they don't have. “really poor and very disappointing stock control. no communication I had to contact them to find out where my product was. there was no commitment from customer service to make amends.”
