“100% recommend the store in Aintree. Customer service is fantastic! The staff (Nicky and Tate) couldn’t do enough to help me. They were very professional and checked if my car was compatible for the seat, made sure the seat was appropriate for my child and fitted it for me too. Most other shops in Liverpool don’t do this and would sell you any car seat. They are so knowledgeable as well about what they sell compared to other shops who are just interested in a sale. The store is lovely too, and sells everything you need if you’re expecting a baby. Just note that the store in Burscough is only small and very difficult to find. What does let this company down is the fact that the staff in the Burscough store do not understand the products like the staff in Aintree. There’s no comparison. Will definitely go back to the Aintree store if I need to buy anything else in the future.”
