Barley deserves 1 star. The customer service was initially very good. Sent my car seat next day delivery, as the rest of my bundle would not be arriving till much later. The service then went down hill from there. Communication was poor. I was given false information 3 times. Told my pushchair would be delivered to me within 7-10days. Then told it had docked at the port and was waiting delivery to direct 4 baby in the next 7 days, then be sent to me next day. Then told it would be another week. The final straw was when I then rang them and they informed me that all that information was incorrect. Told that a member of the team should not have told me that the pushchair had docked, as it had not. Intact the pushchair would be another 4 weeks. Not once did anyone contact me to update me on this change. Nor did they offer alternate solutions or a loan of pushchair or frame ( car seat could fit on). I would not order from here due to staff members lying and poor communication. To top that off they were advertising delivery of this much sort after pushchair within 10 days on there website, not the 3 to 4 weeks. Very poor taste as they were willingly accepting orders, disappointing expectant parents. Luckily I managed to purchase the same pushchair and collect it all in the same day, from a lovely family run buisness.

Still hasn’t arrived. Ordered a week ago and paid extra for next day delivery but nothing. Haven’t been able to drive anywhere as waiting for seats. Pretty poor to be honest

I wouldn’t even rate 1 star to be completely honest it just wouldn’t give me the option of zero stars. Had nothing but a bad time, ordered our pram bundle to receive numerous emails to advise everything is in stock but 1 item which was the changing bag and got told that would be here for June so we thought as soon as we wanted the items delivered it wouldn’t be a problem to actually get told we only have the footmuff out your bundle and maybe the car seat base (not even the car seat) at this point was absolutely furious. We only have a few weeks left until the baby is here and been promised too many different things and lied to we still don’t know if and when we will get our bundle. I have a few different emails which shows “your prams in stock with your name on it” “your bundle is ready but changing bag isn’t, but that’s due june” it’s now middle of July I give birth in a few weeks and we have not got a single item. My husband and I know quite well our items got sold to somebody else as we have so many emails stating our items was there with our names on. Never experienced a poor customer service like this in my life and we are looking into taking this further. I thought pram shopping was a enjoyable experience and direct4baby have well and truly ruined this for us and caused sleepless nights as we now can’t find anywhere for our bundle as most places can take 12 weeks. They had more than enough notice and still managed to mess up. We have for our refund and got told that’s fine we will have it in your account with in 24 hours so you can act quick on shopping elsewhere - STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND. We are going to tell as many people as we can about this so no one goes through the stress we have!!! As an apology they offered us a parasol for £25 for free I couldn’t believe it or if we shopped with them for another pram a 10% off.. considering how much they have messed up and ruined our experience, caused us sleepless nights and nothing but stress I can’t believe it. I advise everyone to shop elsewhere and I will get this more public (social media, papers) so more people are aware!!!! If you want your pram in time shop elsewhere they will tell you it’s in stock, take your money but then you end up with nothing.
