“Really poor. We ordered a travel cot and only after enquiring where it was over a week later were we told that they didn’t have it in stock and that someone should have reached out to tell us. We were offered a minimal refund for our troubles and assured it would be delivered the start of the next week. However, we’re almost two weeks down the line and still haven’t received the item or been able to contact them. Don’t buy from here.”

“Awful costume service. I ordered a pram from them they said it had been dispatched, they didn't even have the pram in stock almost a month later I got my order. I would have to email twice to get any answers on my item very poor!!”

“Items show as in stock but they are not! Beware!! Ordered the maxi cosi car seat in Nomad Grey, came after nearly 3 weeks in essential Grey, at the same cost which you can get much cheaper online, was then offered a black one, but again this is much cheaper elsewhere. Sent it back and requested a refund. Also ordered icandy cup holder, was still chasing that after a month; I was given dates that came and went, and they were unable to provide a delivery date so requested a refund for that too. Feel sorry for the customer service team at this company, who were helpful.... but I wouldn’t buy anything from this company.”

“Ordered one week ago, child grew too big for her old chair so paid for express delivery. Nothing happened and no contact for 4 days (despite in their shipping details it saying 'you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 days.' in reference to the express delivery). I had to follow up with them and then received a message saying they didn't have the colour I ordered in stock asking if I would be happy to receive another colour - I confirm as it is an urgent order. Another 3 days pass and I still haven't heard anything so had to cancel and refund. Avoid at all costs.”
