“Happy with my Pool Ladder. It was hard to find an all Plastic one (outside of the USA), so I was very happy to find it. It was a replacement for my Metal and Plastic one that had rusted and stained my Pool. The only complaint I had was that it was hard to tighten up some of the screws very well because there was no room for the tools.”
“Unfortunately the plastic frame turned up very warped. It was very hard to put together and visibility looks warped now it’s constructed. It is also almost impossible to tighten the nuts given the location they are in are very constricted. Have contacted customer service with no response. Unfortunately this is the only ladder of the height I need on the market or I would be returning it. Good design in theory. Not execution”
