This was due to workmanship of my pool builder NOT Direct Pool Supplies. My call was taken, the team member remember me from my previous order and I asked for the part I needed that was slightly but importantly different from my previous purchase. I actually had plumbers on site and needed to give them a solid ETA on the part because we were just before the Anzac Day holiday. My requirement was immediately understood and the team member immediately got the part in hand and furthermore got it dispatched almost immediately. The part arrived the next day and I was able to book my plumber in the day after the public holiday. This is all due to what I consider the best service I could possibly ask for.”
