“Gave it four stars on this occasion. The O ring I received wasn't the correct part even after selecting off exploded diagram of multiport/filter connection. Direct Pool supplies were very quick to refund my money and also emailed me a Aus Post label to relabel their padded bag to post back to them. So the purchase and return didn't cost me anything apart from a delay, a bit of time. I ended up getting the O ring from a nearby pool shop (for marginally dearer than the Direct Pool price including postage but the boss wanted the pool filter operational. Will I buy from Direct Pool again - a definite Yes. I have purchased other items from them and had no issues, delivery has been prompt and saves me the fuel driving to pick up from a local store. Local stores don't miss out though as I do buy items from them as well.”
