“We wanted a grey scoop as shown in this illustration. I was directed to this one following a specific Google search. I ordered and paid. When it arrived it was bright blue. I contacted the company straight away and was directed to the fine print. I was told I could return it at my cost. We decided to keep it even though we hated it. Now on the third use it keeps falling apart. This scoop is not a single piece as all previous scoops we have owned have been. The internal mesh basket is held on in a very flimsy manner with two clips that twist on one side and two flimsy bits of plastic on the other side. Basically most of the mesh part is not attached to the rest of the unit. Also the rubber part that is supposed to skim the bottom of the pool actually makes this item very hard to push through the water. It is a massive dud.”
