“I ordered the O rings off of a diagram on their website that showed a broken down pump system and allowed me to correctly identify the exact part I needed (yay).
Ordering was simple,
Delivery was expensive, considering the actual weight and size of the items.
The item that arrived was totally wrong, sure it is a 50mm O ring, but it's only
2-3mm thick, the correct one for that pump coupling is 4mm thick.
Just because it's round and rubbery, doesn't mean it's interchangeable.”
