“I wanted the saddle seat but ordered the round by mistake. I asked if I could exchange just the seat but was told to contact their supplier, Uncaged Ergonomics as Direction Desk is a reseller. They said I could order a replacement seat for $25 but I didn't want that extra expense so I asked Direction Desk for a refund as I was not happy with my order. They said that as it's not damaged I would have to pay for the return shipping. When asked how to dismantle the stool I was just told to use a rubber hammer! Uncaged Ergonomics were more helpful and sent me detailed instructions. In the end my daughter decided that she wanted one and so ordered one from Uncaged Ergonomics and we exchanged seats.”
