“I loved the battery out of the box but within two weeks time the charging port has broken free within the housing which keeps me from being able to charge it. Life is good right now but once this charge is done the good times are over. I emailed customer service at Cartisan this weekend so will see what that experience is like. Maybe a fluke, maybe not-this is my first experience with this brand.”
