“I ordered 3 top spinners. They sent bottom spinners. I tried emailing them 3 times with no reply. This battery lasts for about 4 puffs then needs recharged. Horrible!!”

“Multiple attempts made to get the model ordered and advertised on website. Sent photos of model ordered and model recieved. Clear differences, told i got an newer model. If website offers a model should have gotten the model ordered.”
