Early in May I ordered a Cartisan KEYBD X and received it a couple of weeks ago. This week I noticed the piece where the cartridge attaches to, is very sloppy. The LED light also flashes intermittently on its own when the battery is on, without pushing the button. Lastly, it has started to not turn on all the time with the five button clicks and when on, it doesn’t heat up when pushing the button sometimes. All these things have gotten worse in the last few days. I never dropped or damaged the unit. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Well I cannot say that I’m not highly disappointed. Something is defective in the build or wiring of this battery. Your answer tells me nothing other than I’m on my own. No apology for my experience, no reason for the ‘order outside of return policy’ and just a ‘Hey Kevin & Thanks’. This is not customer service. This is how you lose customers!
After I sent the previous email, I went back to your website and ordered another battery of a different type. Being a medical cannabis patient, having a way to take my medicine is critical. Ordering a replacement before I heard back from you was my choice because under the current situation, my local retailer is closed. I’m sorry I ordered another battery from your company! If I was not notified of it being shipped already, I would have canceled my second order from your company. I will not be returning and will let others know of my experience. Fortunately I waited to fill out the survey your emails have been asking me to fill out, while getting the color of the product I ordered wrong each time. That should have warned me.
