“I recently just bought this product as I had the older version of the keybd vv and everything about this product seemed 100x times better than its original model so I was excited to buy it. However when it came in the spring for the button that helps the cartridge fold up and down was broken and or faulty. After experimenting with a few times it became permanent stuck to the up position and I cannot fold it back down so it can lock in place and hide the cartridge. It’s sad because I cannot use it to its max potential. I recommend passing on this product as a whole, you’d be much better suited with another product.”

“The Cartisan Keybd is my favorite vape pen series for because its easy to take places on your key ring, its hard to lose and previous versions had the usb plug attached to it. This series looks great and vapes well but this version doesn’t have the attached USB plug. I would give it 5 stars if it did because I often lose my plug so having that attached was really important for me. Otherwise great product and still would recommend.”
