“Does not work. Charged 2-3 hrs. until light went green. Pressed button 5 times and blinks, but does not heat & produce vapor. It's not the cartridge. Any fix suggestions?

“This works very well for me, my only issue is that the button can be accidentally pressed in a pocket or when it gets sat on, causing it to run. It could have been indented to avoid that.”
