“I ordered 2 green ego batteries that are 1100MAH and was expecting it would be the stainless steel shiny green color as advertised on the websites photos but instead they lied on the pictures and sent a very light green color battery that isn't as it looks on the pictures and it looks very awful. if they had the one I'm looking for, they should have 2 green colored options. they even charge a fee for a refund despite it not being used of defected which sucks.
however I do have these same batteries but in the color I want and they are spectacular so I suggest ordering here but make sure you get what you want and what you want is exactly as advertised on their website photos for the product.”
“Nicely packaged came wrapped in plastic, but with no instructions and as a new, inexperienced user this was very frustrating. I ordered the Rainbow color and it is very pretty but I can’t get it to work. Wasted time & money for me.”
