“I used this for about 3 days before switching between my carts. After I took the first one out and put the second one in, the first cart no longer works and the second cart is the only one that will work now. I have tried 5 different carts. Worst battery buy I ever made!!”
“First time I removed a cartridge from the Mystica II, it came apart at the bottom and would no longer allow the cartridge to fit in and work properly. Very disappointed that there is no policy to help a purchaser who expects a reliable product!!!”
