“This is my third & fourth same style of vape pen, but My first and second from Randy’s Charm brand. After a slight debacle with my 2 black vape pens (them being out of 2 black pens and having to choose another color), I ended up w one black & one red. The black has worked wonderfully! The red does not automatically shut off- not sure if it ever did bc it took some time (we’re talking a few months) for my wife to burn herself with it when it didn’t shut off automatically; it turned on and slightly burned her. The auto shut off is a great function!! If it’s working. Putting it in a pocket and having it turn on & burn through your product is a big waste, not to mention it could burn you if next to skin.
Apparently- it’s outside of DVP return policy as they’ve instructed me to contact Randy’s Charm. I might contact them once I track down the info, but it’s prolly just easier for me to not buy from either company again. The product still “works” just not fully & my wife can’t use her gift.
We will see. Half of my order worked appropriately. Check your auto-shut off to be sure it works!”
