“I am sick of battery's not lasting or working correctly. This time I figured I would order a brand name, Randy's that's been around for decades, in hopes I would get better quality. I ordered two. One works fine the other will not work, it keeps flashing that there isn't a cartridge. Tried mulitiple cartridges, all of which work fine in the other one I bought. I went through Randy's crazy warranty submission process where they ask for everything except a blood sample, and am waiting to hear their response.”
