“It is great when it works, I loved it. And only after a dozen uses, it stopped charging and broke, and the customer service is not helpful at all, apparently, it is outside their refund policy and won't even provide any advice for repair”
“Nice pen works good not a big fan of having to push mouth piece in when using and having to need a lot of maintenance meaning cleaning after every use coil gets dirty quick battery holds a decent charge can usually use it 3 times before it starts to not burn due to battery being low doesn't come with instructions with is a down fall because I had to do a lot of research when received the pen to make sure i was using right comes with a gift box equipped with extra coil a brush to clean with and is charged all in all I am satisfied with this purchase”
