“Rep. told me which pole to buy for the stand I have & it didn't fit when it came in. I got in contact with them again & he rudely stated that I must not have bought the stand from them because the pole would fit. I found the orig. invoice and it WAS purchased from this co. I sent him a copy of it & he said they don't have poles anymore that fit the same model we bought in 2013. When the stand was orig. bought the top of the pole broke off on the first setup. They ordered a replacement piece and then I needed a whole new pole two years later! It's stupid to return a pole that was $10, $10 to ship & I have to pay return ship. & a 15% restocking fee. Be careful purchasing anything from this site! Now we have an expensive banner stand that was bought 2 years ago, has broken several times & the current replacement pole for the exact same model doesn't fit! Complete waste of money more than once with this co. You should shop where they care about their customers and products they make.”

“Very good service, ordering was easy, and shipment was prompt. Only complaint is that I had to purchase the entire pole to get the one part I needed, and the shipping cast more than the pole.”
