“Pole hardware is sturdy and surprisingly lightweight for the height. The stake is strong and works for the purpose. Hardware was easy to put together, though there was no instruction in the box. I do still have a question about the clip that is on the largest pole section. It is installed the wrong direction to clip onto the flag to keep it on the poles and since there was no instruction I wasn't sure what it was for. I didn't see anything about it on the video instruction either.”

“When I received the package with the flag poles I ordered, the packaging was pieced together (due to the curved top poles) and taped. The place where the pieces of the two boxes came together was torn up and loose fitting to where I was very nervous about damaged poles. Fortunately, all the poles were fine but I would recommend a better packaging for the feather flag hardware to be sent in.”
