“I ordered a banner w/ 3day express shipping for a show we're exhibiting @ this week. It arrived & had a scratch all the way across our logo. I sent pics & requested a replacement for today 9/25. I was told I needed to pay additional shipping to get it here on time. I refused. It finally arrived this morning, and I just opened it to find the SAME scratches in the SAME area, directly across our logo! It almost looks like it's rolled when wet & something rubs on it during transit. Maybe you could place a piece of paper between the banner & the stand so this doesn't happen? I unfortunately now need to find a new company - Management already stated if we have one more banner ship to us this way we have to find someone else. The extra work and hassle of getting it all straightened out, all in the midst of planning and organizing 18 trade shows per year, is something I can get done right the first time by going with someone else. Appreciate your help, but your products just aren't cutting it.”

“This is my first time ordering a retractable banner, but it seems pretty great! The colors look good, and my image didn't end up pixilated (something I wasn't sure about). The banner easily is retracted and stored, and will be a nice addition to my convention booth this year. Thanks, Signworld!”

“The banner stand frame was a little dirty, and looked a little dusty inside there as well, though it doesn't hurt the function of the sign. I think the quality of the sign was good, and it was printed fine. One of the rubber caps came off of the part that holds the top of the sign in, but I found it and put it back on. I'll add a bit of glue if it's needed in the future, but so far so good. I wish the pivot-out leg-stands were a bit tighter, so that they would stay in place wherever you put them, they move a bit easy for my tastes. overall a good value.”
