“I purchased the H Banner Stand (stand only) because the first stand we purchased was missing a piece. It was missing a piece because the bag that the stand comes with is very thin and over time the heavier stand pieces wore holes in the bag, and the piece fell out. Ironically when the new stand shipped the box was poorly taped and pieces were falling out of holes in the box. Please consider upgrading your stand bags and the boxes that you ship your product in.”
