“The banner stand is great. Are used it a few days after arrival at a conference. However, it arrived in the mail with a hole in the carrying bag. Please send me a replacement bag.”

“Missing the banner stand during the event was a major set back. The customer service response was unsympathetic and the offer for compensation of a $15 credit in no way made up for the experience.”

“I received the Step and Repeat Banner Stand today and my only complaint is that the storage bag that it comes in was damaged. The zipper was pulled from the fabric as to not allow the bag to completely close. Could a replacement bag be sent?”
