“Pros: Flag arrived extremely fast. Shipment was well ahead of date needed. Cons: I felt like the experience of trying to upload the design to the template was more difficult than other sites. Also, I found it different/strange that I have to check out and pay for my order and THEN upload the graphics. The website doesn't have a good flow/process regarding ordering/checking out. When the flag arrived, the person who was trying to put it together wasn't clear on how it all goes together. This was the first time to ever put a feather flag together. Instructions would have been helpful within the package. She managed to find a video off your website that referenced setting the flag up, which was somewhat helpful, but still not as user friendly as having instructions come with the flag setup. Also when shipment arrived, the staples that hold the box together had pierced the flag bag. The bag now has puncture holes from the staples of the packaging.”
