“Your video says the fabric print comes already installed to the pop up display and is ready to go right out of the box, but it did not. The pop up display and fabric print came separate and I don't have a space large enough in my home to lay it out to install prior to our first show with it.”

“The backdrop looks great and the print quality matches well with a previous one we purchased from Signworld. We received the unit with the wrong lights, but this was quickly rectified and we had the correct lights withing a couple of days.”
