“The items are always great. However, on the last transaction I noticed there was a difference on the invoice and my credit card statement. Although, it was only a .01 discrepancy, the answers I got from the first gal was absurd. The second gal was a little better but I respect that fact that she said, "I don't know why the system does that, it just does." I rather hear the truth then someone say, "I would just write it off." Other than that, I really enjoy their products and I can always rely on their fast turnaround.”
