This service came in clutch when I needed a solution that Encoder couldn't provide.

Lovely nifty program allowing to batch work on different files types and especially metadata. The latter to my knowledge rather unique, as other ways work with terminal and can not handle batches.

EditReady saved my butt recently. I've been using it to retrieve mts files that were trapped in a corrupter AVCHD folder and it's worked like a charm. I'm glad to have made the investment and hope to figure more of it's different functions as time goes on.

Easy to use. Worked well with Canon's new C500 mark II camera.

EditReady is my go to for converting video and audio files in post. It's affordable and relatively easy to understand and gets the job done fast. It allows you to batch convert multiple source video codecs to your preferred editing codec, which can make a huge difference to the speed and management of a complex edit. You can merge files, choose a constant frame size, add a LUT and customise your audio and metadata, prior to editing. I have used this program for over a dozen productions and it has not let me down.

During the COVID-19 shutdown, our local church service became a weekly recorded message that was filmed using many cameras with different media forms. EditReady automation allowed me to pre-process the different camera files overnight, using the footage into a common form for post production assembly. This reduced the final renders in Final Cut Pro X to move from hours, to minutes. This gave me back hours of CPU and personal time. This was especially important with my Sony Video Cameras AVCHD fomat, which the Sony 32 bit software is no longer supported in the Mac Catalina operating system. EditReady was a integral part of our ability to deliver our services.
