“DIY Pest Control failed to reply to any of my (written and voicemail message) questions about their products prior to my order but, in the absence of suitable alternatives, I ordered anyway. Foolish of me? Perhaps, since The 'Cluster Fly Buster" is, in fact, a washroom fragrance dispenser with a standard (cluster) fly aerosol deterrent substituted for the fragrance, so it seems the company is just a product re-labeller and box-shifter. After the order arrived, I messaged them again and, guess what, still no reply.
If it works, fine, but this company really needs to up its game and respond to customers' enquiries.”
