“I ordered this towel for my holiday and I waited in for delivery from Yodel (courier service used), I received a tracking email saying it had been delivered when it had not. I contacted Dock and Bay who said they would express the order by DPD in time for my holiday. Well nothing arrived so I ended up with no towels but did request a refund. Poor is how I would describe my experience.”
