“I am having the same problems as a lot of people it just will not connect over 4g. And even with WiFi on it needs me to constantly reconnect. Not happy about this as I need it to watch my dog when I'm out. I bought as it says it has watch anywhere feature which is just not the case. Very disappointed.”

I am sorry to hear you're having problems with the camera, the camera should connect over 3G/4G or WIFI for you to be able to watch your dog whilst you're out and about. I would love to be able to get this sorted for you so you are able to do this.

“Bought to monitor my dogs whilst out. Initially detected movement and audio and would store frames based on these two factors. Since the software update it’s a useless piece of equipnent. All you can do now to view is to be continually connected eating your data. Who has the free time to sit and watch their camera 24/7.

“Started working great at first and now it’s useless unless I’m connected to WiFi! It constantly just says can’t connect, so now can no longer check on the dog! The reason I bought it!
Reset all the settings etc and still not look, and when it does connect over data rather than WiFi it only lasts for around 3 seconds then freezes!

“I have three of them, I think they are great for the price! Not hard to use at all, a monkey could work it! Wish it picked up light better in the home instead of going to black and white on some occasions, other than that they serve there purpose and I can keep an eye on all my dogs.
