Hi Kerryanne, my colleague has messaged you but just to confirm as it is live video you are watching, you will need a good 4g or 3g signal for it to work reliably on your phone. If you would like to respond to our message with a contact number we can talk you through the set up to make sure you are up and running as soon as possible and you can keep an eye on your dog. “My camera worked eventually after about 10 attempts to connect to WiFi but when I switched it off to move it it will not connect at all now”
