“The skirt is wonderful. The sizing is incorrect for the US. The exchange process is time consuming and as of today, I have not heard anything from them about the final step to return it for an exchange!”

That being said, your sizing needs to be more specific and different styles fit radically different. I am sure it is less costly to have only 3 sizes, but the cuts differ enough that you really need to have more specific sizing than you do currently”
