“This is my first time wearing Dona Jo. I was confused about the sizing as I fall towards the top of size 1. I ordered a size 1&2 and both fit. One is snug and the other loose. Keeping them both as I will wear one for running and the other for casual wear. I usually wear small in other athletic brands. I'm 5'7 and 138#. Love the material and feel the quality is great.”
“I bought this brand based on claims the shorts did not ride up and the material was superior so overall, I am disappointed. Customer service wasn't great either (I still haven't received half of my order as it was sent incorrectly and I had to return the incorrect item I received).”
“I like the skirt however I am not happy with your return process and as a result will probably never purchase from your company again. First I requested a return label and it was sent with someone else’s information. Had to request a correct return label. I returned the jojo skirt on 8/27. It was received by your company on 8/29. Today is 9/14 and I have yet to see a credit in my credit card. I have sent 2 emails to inquire and NO response. This is not a good practice to insure return business. Totally frustrated with your company’s poor customer service.”
