“I would like to update my scoring. I should have read the description and details about this tool. I was to start off with for my use, I am not quick enough yet for an hour use of charge. Charged lasts about and hour and a half constant use. Sitting on tray can be up to 3 hours. My only reason for 4 stars is bc it cannot be used while charging. Full charge needs 8 hours. Must be fully charged before using. I feel it will be a great tool to have in my tool box, however for my use, a corded one will be my go to. Once I get quicker and can do a full head in an hour :) then this will rock! Further, I highly recommend DonnaBella to stylists and colleagues. The company is fantastic, customer support is friendly and eager to help artists succeed. And the products are bomb. So there’s that.”
“On the cheaper materials. I was disappointed with the time. I’m let us charge fully and maybe had an hour. Was extremely inconvenient at the end of service. Will not work while plugged in charging. I do not recommend for long installs. Needs 8 hours to charge fully! I wish I read fully before purchasing. I will be buying the corded one. :) maybe that was the tactic. Lol. I love this brand though.”
“And packaging taped back together rather poorly. Was definitely disappointed in the purchase and the order process was negative too since adding the clearance item to my order meant I couldn’t use the code for the sale on hair for some reason, so I had to add this separately. What a mess.”
“I order one it came broke they sent out a replacement right away which was awesome! I got the replacement its heavy and bulky I have used it 3 times and some times it heats up right away and sometime it takes forever to heat up. I'm kinda bummed I was hoping this was going to make my life at work easier.”
